ASX futures were up 23 points or 0.31 per cent to 7464 near 8.15am AEDT, reversing earlier losses in sync with moves in New York.

The S&P 500 advanced more than 6 per cent in January. Tech stocks also gained, with the Nasdaq 100 adding near 11 per cent, its best monthly showing since July.
The rally of its shares may fuel the earnings optimism and promote the tech-heavy index, Nasdaq to continue to outperform throughout February. Investors will be awaiting the last bunch of major tech earnings reports, including Apple, Amazon, and Alphabet to release their final quarter performance on Friday.
Commodities
Potentially threatened grid reliability rose 77 percent to 163 in 2022 from the previous year, according to data released by the US Energy Department. The incidents put the network at risk in more than three dozen states, affecting about 90,000 customers.
